#MotorTalkMonday – understanding food zones
The National Sanitation Foundation, or NSF, is an organization that is dedicated to protecting and improving global human health. They have developed a system for dividing Food processing plants into 3 different Zones of exposure:
• Zone 1 or Food Zone
• Zone 2 or Splash Zone
• Zone 3 or Dry Zone
Each zone has its own unique set of challenges, but we have a motor solution for every zone!
